Mark gave us the brief to to turn his traditional house into a modern living space, leveraging the latest home automation technology, all whilst keeping the classical décor of the original building. He also wanted it all to be as energy-efficient as possible!
This beautiful 2 bed new build property in Shelley Road, Worthing, was completed for Mayoss and Co as an investment property in 2021.
A double garage was demolished, which gave a great use of the space for the new build.
This project involved extensive outdoor Collingwood lighting, as well as major refurbishment works in the home and various lighting controls.
For this project, we created a full automation system, which included a complete rewire of property, a Wifi system, a full security system with remote access, Gallows speakers and multi room audio across 4 zones.
