Mark gave us the brief to to turn his traditional house into a modern living space, leveraging the latest home automation technology, all whilst keeping the classical décor of the original building. He also wanted it all to be as energy-efficient as possible!
This client had moved from London to Brighton and his brief was to create a luxury 5* hotel. We worked with alongside a large building team with a lot of adaptions and changes along the way. The end result certainly has the wow factor the client was after!
This project involved extensive outdoor Collingwood lighting, as well as major refurbishment works in the home and various lighting controls.
This was one of the first major refurbishments we worked on back in 2015. The clients had converted a beautiful former church into a 4 bedroom family home with lots of beautiful characteristics.
We added lots of linear LED lighting and feature lighting from Collingwood to create an inviting, modern and functional home.
For this project, we created a full automation system, which included a complete rewire of property, a Wifi system, a full security system with remote access, Gallows speakers and multi room audio across 4 zones.

The clients brief was to create an energy efficient home with as many automated aspects as possible. With this property going through a complete renovation it gave us the perfect opportunity to implement a full home automation system from the get go.
